    The capitol genetically modified birds to listen to people's conversation and mimic it back. But it didn't work because the rebels just started speaking gibberish.

    Back to Michael i think that it was a very good thing that the Rebels did and shows a lot of ingenuity on there part.

    Sooo.... the mockingbird symbolizes failure. This is a tough one to explain in ten words or less. Why was there that limitation?
